Customer service was so refreshing!

Just bought a Saab 9-5 from Gumtree with a few little issues. Left a message with Tony and he got back to me a few hours later and spent 20 minutes on the phone to me trying to advise me on how to potentially fix the issues myself before coming into the garage and spending money. I’ve never had this sort of customer service from somebody who genuinely seems to care and know about a specific type of car before and it was so refreshing.

Fingers crossed I can sort the car out myself but if not I’ll definitely be in to see Tony in future and will absolutely be using Sarbkar going forward.
