Released from Hospital on 24 December had a problem with air conditioning on my Saab on Monday 29 Jan at 1640 not working had no way of keeping my Windows clear went to see Tony at Sarbkar on Wednesday but missed him Staff were very good and said they would get Tony to ring me on Thursday morning Tony rang and said if I could get to the garage that morning he would have a look the car he dropped me at the Station and let me know later. What the car needs Tony rang twice before I returned home when I spoke to him he told me what I would need and he could have the car repaired for 1300 on Friday I received photos of the repair !, the car was ready for 1 o'clock I could not wish for a better service thank you very much Tony very much appreciated. Oliver
