Sarbkar brought a smile to my face!

First time visit with my Son's first car - a second hand Smart for Two.
Wanted to ensure everything was in order and safe for him to drive. Great advice from Tony to choose their Gold Star Service with minimum 75 point check on all major aspects. From Day one of our enquiry both him and his team could not have been more concientious and detailed and professional in the service experienced by us. Every element of the service was detailed and explained and any parts which were renewed such as filters and spark plugs were justified by showing us the old part taken out during the service. As a mature driver myself it was a pleasure to deal with such a fine company and it brought a smile to my face to see a return to older fashioned values where customer service is a key component of the ethics their business espouses. I just wish we had discovered Sarbkar earlier and avoided the cursory service and extortionate prices several cowboy companys offer as standard. We will obviously be returning to Sarbkar in future for every aspect of our motoring requirements. Thanks Tony & Crew
